It is therefore important for each individual to find his or her own path and choose the practices that suit him or her best and bring him or her inner satisfaction and growth.

On the path of self-development and awakening, an individual may experience different stages of progress depending on several factors such as his/her commitment, inner readiness, past experiences, karmic influences, and level of spiritual knowledge. Each individual has his or her path and pace of growth, so it is important not to compare oneself with others and to focus on one's progress and development.

I don't have any spiritual teacher or Guru in this process myself, I study and read a lot, but the knowledge in my professional field (hypnotherapy, NLP, metaphysics) has undoubtedly helped my process to evolve very quickly and in a relatively fluid and easy way.

Quick tips, from my own hair experience.

a) Trust in yourself: She is YOU and YOU are HER: Even though it is difficult on all levels, have confidence that everything that happens is for your highest good: the most powerful intelligence in the universe would not do something for her own sake.

b) Don't equate the perception of what is happening in the real world with what is happening on a multidimensional level: it is difficult for your brain to understand what is happening to you because it has no experience of these processes. Our brain learns by repetition, so this is new to it. It will try in every way to protect you and convince you that there is something wrong with you: YOU ARE NOT YOUR BRAIN. Just trust your intuition and your heart. Do not let the EGO convince you that you are mentally ill or that you are crazy. None of this is true. So I advise you to be very careful about who you talk to about this, otherwise, you will be labeled crazy. Even if "strange or very strange things" are happening to you, it all comes with the territory and is mostly fleeting with time. d) Do not try to resist or in any way stop the process. This is impossible. You cannot be stronger than She, still less wiser. Surrender and trust the process, otherwise, the process will be even more difficult.

e) Do not force energy into specific chakras or channels. She knows exactly WHERE, WHEN, AND HOW.

f) Establish communication. She will follow you and take all your wishes into account. I reiterate. GIVE HER CREDIT AND TRUST. This will make it easier for you and it will go faster.

h) I advise against group meditations if you don't know how to protect yourself properly. It can be very dangerous.

i) Take your time again. Sit and process. No blaming, just observe the thoughts.
